Malcolm was born in Te Awamutu and grew up on the family farm near Rotorangi. He then did a stint in Australia hiring out DIY equipment.

When he returned to NZ, he stayed with his brother who had a spray business at the time. One of his brother’s staff went on holiday and never came back, so Malcolm joined a spray team and the rest was history.

Malcolm’s been with Spraylink since day one, and is our most experienced operator. Out on site you’ll find him doing the tricky areas and delicate crops with one of our Land Cruiser spray rigs.

His favourite thing about the job is getting out and meeting lots of good people, and seeing a lot of the countryside.

Confession time - Malcolm admits that he doesn’t take nearly as good care of his home garden as he does of yours, and it could do with a good spray job.
